Shipping policy

 Processing Time  
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Handcrafted items may require a little extra care before shipping. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery  
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.  
Standard shipping for in-stock Domestic items typically takes 3–8 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions.

Handcrafted Shipping Notes  
Our handmade items are packed thoughtfully to ensure their safe journey. If your order contains multiple handcrafted pieces, we may combine them into one shipment to reduce packaging and environmental impact.

Tracking Your Order  
Most of our shipments include tracking, and you’ll receive tracking details once your order is on its way. For smaller or lightweight items, we may occasionally use USPS services that do not offer tracking. If so, this will be noted in your shipping confirmation.  
Even without tracking, these packages usually arrive within 7–10 business days. We’re always happy to assist if you have any concerns along the way.

International Shipping  
We currently ship within the U.S. only. If you’re outside the U.S. and interested in our collection, please contact us at info@jaguniversalcollection.com — we’re happy to explore custom arrangements.

Lost or Delayed Packages  
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your item, we recommend checking with your local post office or mail carrier. While we can’t control shipping once it leaves our hands, we’re here to support you however we can.

Third-Party Fulfillment Notice

In some cases, certain items may be shipped directly by our trusted fulfillment partners. This allows us to expand our product offerings and deliver your order more efficiently. Rest assured, we carefully select these partners to uphold our quality standards and customer experience.

International Shipping Notice

Some products may ship directly from our international shipping locations. The estimated delivery timeframe for these items is clearly displayed at checkout before your order is placed. While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are estimates only and may occasionally be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Original Artwork Shipping & Purchase Policy

Each artwork offered by JAG Universal Collection Art is an original, one-of-a-kind piece created by the artist. We take great care in preparing each work for its journey to its new home.

Shipping

Shipping costs are determined individually based on the size, weight, packaging requirements, and destination of each artwork. Larger, framed, or unusually sized works may require specialized packaging and additional shipping charges.

Every piece is carefully packaged to help ensure safe delivery.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available in the Richmond, Virginia area for select artwork. Pickup arrangements will be coordinated after purchase.

Collectors picking up larger works are responsible for providing an appropriately sized vehicle and safely transporting the artwork after pickup.

Final Sale

Due to the original and one-of-a-kind nature of the artwork, all original art purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

We encourage collectors to carefully review the artwork's dimensions, photographs, and description before purchasing and to contact us with any questions prior to placing an order.

Shipping Damage

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact JAG Universal Collection within 48 hours of delivery. Photographs of the artwork, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage to the shipping container will be required.

Please retain all original packaging while the claim is being reviewed. Verified shipping damage will be addressed individually and, when appropriate, in coordination with the shipping carrier.

A Note About Original Art

Original artwork may include subtle variations in texture, surface, brushwork, metallic finishes, and other handmade characteristics. Colors may also appear slightly different depending on lighting and screen settings. These qualities are part of the individual character of an original work and are not considered defects.

By purchasing an original artwork from JAG Universal Collection Art, you acknowledge and agree to these shipping and final-sale terms.
