Processing Time  
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Handcrafted items may require a little extra care before shipping. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery  
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.  
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions.

Handcrafted Shipping Notes  
Our handmade items are packed thoughtfully to ensure their safe journey. If your order contains multiple handcrafted pieces, we may combine them into one shipment to reduce packaging and environmental impact.

Tracking Your Order  
Most of our shipments include tracking, and you’ll receive tracking details once your order is on its way. For smaller or lightweight items, we may occasionally use USPS services that do not offer tracking. If so, this will be noted in your shipping confirmation.  
Even without tracking, these packages usually arrive within 7–10 business days. We’re always happy to assist if you have any concerns along the way.

International Shipping  
We currently ship within the U.S. only. If you’re outside the U.S. and interested in our collection, please contact us at info@jaguniversalcollection.com — we’re happy to explore custom arrangements.

Lost or Delayed Packages  
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your item, we recommend checking with your local post office or mail carrier. While we can’t control shipping once it leaves our hands, we’re here to support you however we can.

Third-Party Fulfillment Notice

In some cases, certain items may be shipped directly by our trusted fulfillment partners. This allows us to expand our product offerings and deliver your order more efficiently. Rest assured, we carefully select these partners to uphold our quality standards and customer experience.
