HANDCRAFTED ITEMS:

Handcrafted Items
Due to the unique, handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are considered final on handcrafted items. We do not accept returns or exchanges on these pieces.

However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 3 days of delivery at info@jaguniversalcollection.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will do our best to make it right.

A Gentle Reminder from JAG Home & Decor
Each of our handcrafted pieces is a one-of-a-kind treasure, lovingly made by skilled artisans. Because of the handmade nature of our items, slight variations in color, texture, and finish are to be expected—and celebrated—as part of their unique character.


All Other Manufactured Items
We have a 14-day return policy for manufactured items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent without authorization will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We want to resolve any issue promptly and kindly.


Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order after your return is approved.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason, as long as the item is unused and in original condition with proof of purchase.

What if I’m not happy with my handcrafted item?
We want you to be truly delighted with every piece you receive from JAG Universal Collection. Because each handcrafted item is made with care by artisans using traditional techniques, all sales are considered final. However, if there’s a concern with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@jaguniversalcollection.com. We review all concerns on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to offer a thoughtful solution.

Why can’t handcrafted items be returned like manufactured ones?
Each handcrafted item is one-of-a-kind — variations in texture, color, and size are part of what makes them special. Unlike mass-produced goods, these pieces can’t be duplicated or restocked. Your understanding helps support the integrity of artisan work.

Can I exchange a product instead of returning it?
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If a return is accepted (on eligible manufactured items), you may place a new order for your preferred item after the return is processed.
